A rebranding project connecting strategic positioning, packaging, and digital experience. I redesigned iPescaOri’s identity and applied it across its product range, communication materials, and Shopify website, with content developed in both Italian and English.

About the project

iPescaOri’s core business is B2B, with an international reach and an additional B2C offering. Its logo had been created around twenty years earlier and had never evolved into a broader identity system.

Over time, packaging, promotional materials, and the website had developed independently, without a shared visual or strategic framework.

The project connected these elements through a clearer positioning and a consistent design approach, while accommodating both professional buyers and individual customers.

The project was led by me, from strategy and design to website development, with a collaborator supporting selected production tasks.

Rebranding & positioning

I worked on clarifying the brand’s positioning, giving greater emphasis to its international B2B business while retaining space for its B2C activity.

This required a flexible approach: the brand needed to support professional communication, product presentation, and consumer-facing materials within the same identity.

The rebranding extended beyond the logo to establish a shared visual language and guidelines for its application. This system became the foundation for the packaging range, printed materials, exhibition presence, and website.

A consistent, multilingual packaging range

We redesigned the packaging across the product range, bringing previously varied designs into a coherent system.

A shared approach to layout, typography, and information hierarchy connected the packs while keeping individual products distinguishable.

For selected products covering almost the entire range, the packaging carries information in five languages. Accommodating this content was a central design consideration: the layouts needed to organise multiple language versions clearly while maintaining a consistent brand presence across formats.

Catalogues & communication materials

We applied the identity to the product catalogue, brochure, and other promotional materials, creating a consistent presentation of iPescaOri and its offer for domestic and international audiences.

The work also included exhibition materials, extending the system into larger formats for the brand’s trade fair presence. Communication materials were developed in Italian and English.

Website redesign & Shopify development

I redesigned and developed the website on Shopify, bringing the updated identity into a bilingual digital experience.

The site’s structure and product presentation needed to accommodate iPescaOri’s B2B focus while remaining accessible to individual customers. Content was developed in Italian and English to support its domestic and international presence.

The website was built with e-commerce functionality in place. Purchasing is currently disabled at the client’s request, so the site serves as a product showcase.

Social content

For six months, we created social media content that extended the refreshed identity into the brand’s ongoing communication.

Using the available visual assets, we developed content and graphics aligned with the wider brand system. Our contribution focused on content creation and design, without photography or shoot production.

Final outcome

The project gave iPescaOri a complete identity system around a long-standing brand, connecting packaging, print, exhibitions, social content, and the website.

The result supports its international B2B focus and continued B2C activity through consistent design, bilingual communication, and multilingual packaging.
